I am Wayne Black, a seasoned Architect with over 40 years of experience in Design and Construction. As a Registered Architect and a member of various architectural associations, I am diverse in Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), offering services such as Expert Determination, Mediation, Negotiation and Expert Witness Reporting. ADR offers numerous advantages and benefits.
Construction projects are intricate endeavours that demand meticulous planning, attention to detail, and adherence to industry standards. Despite thorough preparation, unexpected issues can arise, leading to disputes, delays, and costly legal battles. ADR provides efficacy and assist navigate challenges between parties.

Having completed both Mediation & Expert Determination courses by the Resolution Institute in 2021, I have recently become an Accredited Expert Determiner. Together with my experience knowledge and expertise as a Registered Design Practitioner, I offer a comprehensive skill set. As a Registered Design Practitioner for Class 2, 3 & 9 buildings, I bring credibility and proficiency to my ADR services. I am committed to excellence, evident in my registration as a practicing Architect with New South Wales Architects Registration Board and other memberships in professional organizations, including the Australian Institute of Architects, Association of Consulting Architects, and the Architects Association of NSW Inc. In addition to my ADR services, I contribute to the industry as a Service Provider for iCare HBCF – BCRP
Throughout my career, I’ve worked on diverse projects, from low-density residential developments to mixed commercial properties. My expertise covers the entire architectural process, from initial conceptual design to construction implementation. I also held academic roles in 2022 as a Casual Academic Tutor in Construction at both the University of Sydney and the University of NSW.
