This presentation will introduce you to Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) technology, which seamlessly incorporates solar PV into various façade elements—including cladding, balustrades, skylights, curtain walls, and windows—transforming them into a sustainable, on-site renewable energy source..

 


 

Biography

 

Anna assumed the role of Head of Marketing at ClearVue Technologies after decades of experience in managing and developing global brands for highly innovative companies. As a Head of Marketing at ClearVue, she has a strong understanding of the competitive environment of BIPV companies, detailed information about the products available in the market and their subsequent advantages and challenges, and the current economic and legislative climate which is affecting the renewable energy and the BIPV/BAPV sectors, as well as market and design trends in the industry.

 


 

At the end of the presentation attendees will be able to:

● Have an understanding of the difference between building applied photovoltaics (BAPV) and building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV)
● Have an understanding of the benefits and potential use-cases / applications for the integration of BIPV into architectural and façade designs
