Presented by Eli Gescheit

There are many unknowns associated with dealing with Councils, even for the most experienced consultant. However, throughout my career as an urban planner, I have developed these 10 Commandments for Dealing with Councils which are implemented for every project. The presentation will explore the tips and traps associated with DAs to ensure a smoother approval process for your clients.

At the end of this presentation attendees will understand:

  • How to prepare a robust DA
  • How to minimise delays associated with your DA
  • How to apply lodging an appeal via the LEC as an approval strategy
